BTS' JIMIN dominates Billboard's annual charts

BTS's Jimin demonstrated outstanding presence and immense popularity on Billboard's 2025 year-end charts.

　According to the Year-End Charts released on the 10th by the American music media outlet Billboard, JIMIN's track ‘Who’ ranked 57th on the main song chart, the Hot 100, becoming the highest-charting song by a K-POP male artist on that chart.

　As the first and only non-collaborative K-POP solo track to chart on the Hot 100 since PSY's ‘Gangnam Style’ in 2012, ‘Who’ debuted at number 14 upon its release in July 2024, peaked at number 12, and remained on the chart for a total of 33 weeks.

　Following his charting at number 74 on the 2024 Billboard year-end ‘Streaming Songs’ chart – the only K-POP artist to do so – JIMIN charted again at number 29 in 2025, achieving consecutive year-end chart entries for two years running.

　‘Who’ further demonstrated its global reach by climbing to No.21 on the 2025 Billboard year-end Global 200 and No.17 on the Global (Excl. US) chart. Having ranked No.106 and No.99 respectively on these charts in 2024, ‘Who’ significantly improved its position, charting for the second consecutive year.

　JIMIN ranked 81st on this year's Top Artists chart, which calculates positions based on the main album chart Billboard 200 and main singles chart Hot 100, making him the only K-POP male solo artist to achieve this. He demonstrated formidable influence in his solo activities, ranking 53rd on the Hot 100 Artist chart, 41st on the Global 200 Artist chart, and 37th on the Global (Excl. US) Artist chart.

　JIMIN also achieved 5th place on the World Album Artist chart, while ‘MUSE’ reached 3rd place on the World Albums chart, marking his second consecutive year on the chart following 2024 (11th place). Having ranked 5th in 2023 with his 1st album ‘FACE’, JIMIN accomplished the remarkable feat of appearing on the same chart for three consecutive years.

　Furthermore, featuring in a total of 10 categories on the 2025 Billboard Year-End Charts, JIMIN achieved double-digit rankings for the third consecutive year, following 13 categories in 2023 and 14 categories in 2024, adding further lustre to his solo career.
