Drug Affair star YUCHUN returns to acting in Japanese TV series... co-starring with former KAT-TUN member Junnosuke Taguchi
YUCHUN (former JYJ) will be returning to acting through a Japanese TV series. According to local Japanese media on the 1st of this month, YUCHUN will be appearing in the TV series "Yukkuri" which will be broadcast on Tokyo MX from December this year.
The TV series is about a man whose life is turned upside down after he is accused of sexual harassment at the company he worked for, and the troubles that ensue when he returns to work as the manager of a shared house.
YUCHUN has been cast alongside former KAT-TUN member Taguchi Junnosuke in the three-episode romantic comedy that tells the story of a young man who is in a relationship with his girlfriend.

The pair's co-star, Junnosuke Taguchi, was also given a suspended prison sentence in 2019 for marijuana possession and smoking.
This has drawn even more attention. Previously in 2019, Yuchun was sentenced to 10 months in prison, suspended for two years, for drug use. He has since rescinded his retirement and is currently active in Japan.
Furthermore, he is actively involved in Japan, holding the "2025 Park Yuchun Dinner Show," releasing a solo album, and appearing on Tokyo MX's variety show "The Master of Room 70."
Following his activities as a singer and entertainer, YUCHUN has decided to appear in a TV series and return to acting. His appearance alongside Taguchi Junnosuke, who has been the subject of controversy due to his suspected drug use, has caused a stir.
Meanwhile, in September of this year, Yuchun received a 500 million won (approximately 50 million yen) grant from Loudfan Together, the company that had been given exclusive management rights.
The company lost the second trial in a lawsuit for large damages and appealed.
