Singer Park Yuchun (former TVXQ) has shared a positive update on his situation, despite having to pay 500 million won (approximately 50 million yen) in compensation to former management office.

On the 27th, the Seoul High Court, Civil Division 8-1, ordered Loud Fan Together to pay 500 million won in compensation.
In the second trial of a damages lawsuit filed by ESPELLA (formerly ESPELLA) against Park Yuchun and former management office's Lisiero, the defendants jointly ruled in favor of 500 million won in damages.
Previously, in January 2020, Park Yuchun and Lisiero signed a contract with Have Fun Together to delegate exclusive management rights until 2024.
However, Park Yuchun requested that Have Fun Together terminate the exclusive contract, requested a liquidation payment, and sent official documents related to the termination of the exclusive contract.
HubFan Together did not respond to this, and Park Yuchun announced that he was terminating his contract and continued his activities in the entertainment industry.
Fan Together was cited for filing a request for a provisional injunction in August 2021 requesting that Park Yuchun be banned from entertainment activities.
Park Yuchun ignored this and continued his entertainment activities, leading to a lawsuit being filed demanding 500 million won in damages.
In the second trial, Lisiello's side countered by demanding the actual settlement amount, but just like the first trial, the second trial also found that Lisiello had continued his entertainment activities without the consent of LoudFans Together, and therefore had not obtained an Exclusive Contract.
The court also determined that the company had violated the provisional injunction order.
