知英(KARA)、警察の隣の窓口で見た不親切な応対に怒り「涙が出て腹が立つ…分からなかっただけなのに」
Ji-young (KARA) is angry at the unfriendly service she received at the window next to the police station, ”I'm in tears and angry... I just didn't understand”
Ji-young, a member of the group KARA, shared an embarrassing story that she witnessed.

On the 23rd, the singer and actor took to social media, saying, "I'm going to take out a picture of my daily life and a small, but not too small, story that happened in my daily life."

She said, "Today I had to stop by the police station to ask about my driver's license. I went to the police station, prepared everything I needed in advance by searching for it on my cell phone, and waited for them to give me a number tag, but there was a form I had to fill out on the spot, so I got another number tag after filling out the form. I have always been a sloppy person, but fortunately I was able to proceed with the acceptance of the documents without any problems," she continued her story.

At this time, Ji-young said she saw a certain middle-aged woman coming to the reception desk at the next window. She said, "I was so close by that I overheard the woman and the teller having a conversation. It seemed that she was there to renew her driver's license. Come to think of it, my parents also had to renew their driver's license at times. However, the woman was asked if she had had a physical examination and if her eyesight was 0.8 or better. The woman said she did not have more than 0.8. The receptionist then bluntly told her that she would not be able to renew today, or she would have to get her glasses fitted right away. The woman was troubled to hear that."

"I was so frustrated because I thought, 'What if the woman next to me is my mother? If I had seen with my own eyes the situation in which the person guiding me was so tedious and unfriendly, and the mother didn't know what to do, I would have felt my heart burst. But lately, with kiosks, numerous apps, and other fast developments that sometimes I can't even keep up with, I felt like, 'It's just because I don't know how to do it,' or, 'Why don't you just explain it a little more in detail? I was so angry when I saw the way they treated the woman in trouble that my hands were shaking all the way home," she said, feeling sad.

Along with that, she added, "I wish they would make the instructions in large letters so that older people could understand them more easily. Sometimes they don't know how to search on the Internet or cell phones, and sometimes they think it's difficult. You may say why are you telling us this, but if it helps, we will join together to make an instruction manual. I will write the statement with the feeling of a daughter thinking of her parents," she concluded her words with a call to action.

Meanwhile, Ji-young's group "KARA" released their Wavve original "I'm the Only One Gone, KARA" last month. The reality variety show "I'm the Only One Gone, KARA" includes travel stories of Korea's leading girl group "KARA," which celebrated its 15th anniversary.
