Roy Kim, Park JaeJung, Kang Sung-Yoon, Huhgak, Heo Yeon-ji, Ko EunA and others see the late Park Boram, off on her final journey

Singer Park Boram passed away.

At 6:00 a.m. on the 17th, the casket ceremony for Park Boram was held at the funeral home of Seoul Asan Hospital in Songpa-gu, Seoul. Singer Roy Kim, fellow entertainers and acquaintances such as Park Chae Jung and Kang Seung Yoon of "WINNER" carried the coffin, and Hogak, Heo Young Ji of "KARA," actress Ko Una and others sat with the coffin ceremony, shedding tears as they watched the deceased's final path. The burial site is Dongsan Park in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do.

Prior to her death, Park Boram passed away suddenly on the 11th while drinking with her acquaintances. She was 30 years old. After her death, the funeral arrangements were delayed due to the autopsy procedures. The autopsy examination revealed no evidence of other murders or suicide.

In addition to Ho Gak, Kim Grim, Sang Yi, and others, Jang Seok Won and Jang Hoil of "015B," Yong Joon of "Brown Eyed Soul," Kang Seung Yoon of "WINNER," Im Soon of "2AM," Jung Jin Eun, and Jo Kwon were at the funeral site that was set up late on the 15th, Lee Changmin visited the memorial service. Park Kyung Kyung of "Block B," Im Han Byul, ROCOBERRY, and others sent wreaths to express their condolences.

Park Boram made her name known through her appearance on the Mnet audition program "Superstar K2," which aired in 2010, before making her official debut in 2014. Her debut song, "Clean" rose to No. 1 on the music charts.

In February of this year, Park Boram released a new song "Nice," which she sang with Hogak, and she had been actively involved in music activities until recently, including singing on the project source "I miss you, already," which was released on the 3rd of this month. She was also preparing a full-length album to commemorate the 10th anniversary of her debut. Her agency, XANADU Entertainment, announced in February that "Park Boram is preparing a full album" and "We ask for your high expectations and interest in Park Boram, who will return with good songs."

In a statement issued on the 15th, the agency said, "We sincerely pray for the soul of the deceased," and "We respectfully ask that you refrain from spreading false rumors and speculative reports so that the bereaved family members, who have suffered great grief, can see the deceased off in a good way in her final days." The agency added, "We would appreciate it if you could join us in praying for the soul of the deceased so that she can rest in peace in a warm place, as she has nurtured her dream without giving up her passion for music."
