It was on the rental market with a quasi-deposit of 1.5 to 2.5 billion won (approximately 150 million to 250 million yen) and a rent of 60 million to 80 million won (approximately 8 million yen). The selling price was 45 billion won.
It is estimated that JENNIE decided to move out because the lease on the house she currently uses as her office expires in October.
