BTS' JIN's final concert tour with ARMYs from around the world... 18th performance in 9 cities
BTS's JIN wrapped up his fan concert tour to great success.

On the 10th (local time), JIN held a fan concert titled “#RUNSEOKJIN EP.TOUR in AMSTERDAM” at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This performance marked the final stop of a tour that began in June in South Korea and continued through Japan, the United States, and Europe. JIN performed 18 shows across 9 cities, engaging in passionate communication with audiences worldwide.
At the end of the Amsterdam performance, JIN shared his thoughts on the tour, saying, “The one-and-a-half-month tour has come to an end. While the ‘RUNSEOKJIN EP.TOUR’ tour is the last, please don't be sad because a new beginning with the group is waiting. I want to always be by your side, and I hope you will always be by mine. Over the past one-and-a-half months, I was very happy and grew even more thanks to the positive energy from ARMY (fanbase name).”

■Proven worldwide popularity of the “Worldwide Handsome” through various records

JIN once again demonstrated the strength of a solo artist through his fan concert tour. He gained attention as the first Korean singer to perform at The O2 Arena in London, UK.

Prior to this, all performances in Goyang, Chiba, and Osaka were sold out. The concert at Kyocera Dome Osaka sold out all seats, including the 8th floor and restricted view seats, amid the enthusiastic cheers of fans. It is highly unusual for a Korean solo artist to achieve such a box office success in Japan. Additionally, Japan's five major sports newspapers (Sports Nippon, Daily Sports, Nikkan Sports, Sports Hochi, and Sankei Sports) featured JIN's concert news prominently on their front pages for two consecutive days.

The U.S. tour set new records. At the Honda Center in Anaheim, it drew the largest audience in history for a Korean singer. The performance at the American Airlines Center in Dallas was the first sold-out show by a Korean solo artist, showcasing his unique presence.

■ “Not just a simple K-POP concert, but truly Kim Suk-jin's world”... Foreign media praise continues

Foreign media also focused on JIN's fan concert in their reports. Rolling Stone UK, a British music magazine, gave it a perfect score of 5 points, describing it as “not just a simple K-POP concert. It is truly Kim Suk-jin's world, and he is far from ordinary.” They praised the stage performances of the tracks from his second mini-album ‘Echo,’ saying, “They delivered an emotional impact far exceeding expectations.” This album, which blends various genres, demonstrated the diverse spectrum of talent JIN possesses as a solo artist."

Additionally, they noted, “JIN possesses exceptional talent and a warm humanity. His unique, gentle, and cheerful energy made the audience want to share the stage with him.” They emphasized, "This performance fully captured JIN as both an artist and a person. Rather than merely showcasing his skills, he illuminated the stage by genuinely enjoying what he loves."

British music media outlet NME praised the performance, stating, “JIN's concert harmoniously blended a fresh concept, charismatic energy, and dazzling stage production.” They referred to JIN as an “astonishing performer,” adding that he shone brightest during moments of intense focus while singing.

Other media outlets also praised the performance, with the Los Angeles Times stating, “He demonstrated masterful fan communication. His performance was meticulously planned to deliver a special love letter of joyful and sophisticated energy to his fans,” and Forbes noting, “This performance was conceived with the intention of allowing the audience to fully enjoy themselves.”

Meanwhile, the “#RUNSEOKJIN EP.TOUR” was structured around the concept of expanding the worldview of BTS's official YouTube content “Run Seokjin” onto the stage. JIN performed songs from various genres, played games with fans, and expanded the scope of communication through costume events. The stage, where sincerity and fun harmonized, was praised for pioneering a new genre of fan concerts.
