People Power Party presidential candidates hold first televised debate; Kim Moon-soo asks, ”Why are you taking the lead in impeaching President Yoon Seok-yeol?”; Cho Kyung-tae calls it a ”serious crime that will destroy the three clans” (South Korea)

Candidates for the People Power Party's presidential election exchanged sharp questions on the impeachment of former President Yoon Seok-yeol, split into supporters and opponents, in their first televised debate held on the 10th.
Candidate Kim Moon-soo took the lead in the first broadcast debate of the August 22nd National Party Convention held at Channel A Studio in Gwanghwamun, Seoul, that afternoon.
During the debate, he addressed candidate Cho Kyung-tae, saying, "You are one of the people who led the impeachment of President Yoon Seok-yeol. You opposed (impeachment) when President Park Geun-hye was in power, so why did you support President Yoon Seok-yeol?
"Will you take the lead in impeaching President Yoon?" To which Cho replied, "Former President Yoon Seok-yeol is a traitor of all time. He is the one who pointed a gun at the people." He continued, "Candidate Kim is the one who will support the power of the people and the Republic of Korea.
Who do you think is the master of the country? The president or the people?" Kim responded, "If former president Yoon Seok-yeol is a traitor of all time, then President Lee Jae-myung is...
Isn't he a traitor of all time? And what about former President Moon Jae-in? The Democratic Party has been secretly sending money to North Korea since the time of former President Kim Dae-jung.
He also said about the Democratic Party leader Chung Cheong-rae, "He's not just anti-American, he's a far-left terrorist. Candidate Cho Kyung-tae should fight hard and win this election."
We should disband such a party and call it a traitor forever,” Cho Kyung-tae said, “I criticize many of the mistakes of the Democratic Party. Candidate Kim also criticized the national government when he was young.
