South Korean government expresses ”serious concerns” over Israel's plan to occupy Gaza City
In response to Israel's approval of military operation plans to occupy Gaza City, the South Korean government expressed "grave concern over the possibility of a further deterioration of the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip."
On the 10th, the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized through a spokesperson's statement that "the government has consistently supported the 'two-state solution' and opposes any measures that would impede its realization."
He added that "both parties must take steps to protect civilians, including an immediate ceasefire, the release of hostages, ensuring humanitarian assistance, and complying with international law."
