Coinbase, the US company, surpasses $100 billion in market capitalization... a new record high since listing

As the price of Bitcoin (BTC) continues to hit new highs every day, the market capitalization of U.S. cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has surpassed $100 billion.
At 8:30 a.m. on the 15th, the price of Bitcoin on CoinMarketCap was trading at $119,842 (approximately 17.68 million yen), up 0.95% from the same time the previous day.
The previous day, it surpassed $120,000 for the first time in history, but then partially reverted back to its previous level. Meanwhile, on the 14th (local time), the market capitalization of the US cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase was $103.6 billion (about 15 trillion yen).
Coinbase's stock price closed at $394.01, up 1.8% from the previous day. This is the highest price since it was listed on the U.S. stock market in 2021 and the highest price of any cryptocurrency exchange in history.
Coinbase shares have risen in value over the past month amid the IPO of stablecoin issuer Circle and improved U.S. regulations.
Bitwise Chief Investment Officer Matt Hogan predicted in May that Coinbase's market capitalization could reach $1 trillion.
