Kwon Eun-bi (formerly of IZ*ONE) revealed the hidden efforts behind her title as the “WATERBOMB Goddess.”

On the 10th, a video titled “Kwon Eun-bi and Lee Min-hyuk, who overwhelmed WATERBOMB, teach the first lesson of WATERBOMB” was posted on the YouTube channel “COSMOPOLITAN Korea.”

　In the video, Kwon Eun-bi met Lee Min-hyuk (BTOB), known as the “God of WATERBOMB.” Kwon Eun-bi said, “We're senior and junior singers. We go to the gym together.” Lee Min-hyuk retorted, “You don't come to the gym. I wonder if you'll show up for a few days before ‘WATERBOMB.’”

　Lee Min-hyuk said, “Before preparing for ‘WATERBOMB,’ I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Last year, during ‘WATERBOMB,’ I went 40 times in a month.”

　Lee Min-hyuk revealed the meals he eats while preparing for ‘WATERBOMB.’ He explained, “When I worked out 40 times in a month, I ate rice and chicken breast. I ate at least three meals a day, along with nuts and bananas. I also drank protein shakes in between meals.”

　He continued, “For ‘WATERBOMB,’ I drink a lot of water starting three days prior. I drink about six liters of water, then reduce it to one liter two days prior. This helps me sweat. Since salt is absorbed, it helps me slim down. The day before, I don't drink any water until the day of the stage.”

Kwon Eun-bi mentioned that she eats salads, Greek yogurt, and soy milk noodles, and manages her meal plan. Kwon Eun-bi mentioned, “I'll try making a diet-friendly sushi roll.”

Lee Min-hyuk shared, “My herniated disc worsened in the military, and I collapsed suddenly. My self-esteem plummeted, and after a year of rehabilitation, I started weight training. At some point, I forgot about the pain in my back and lived normally. Since it makes you healthy and beautiful, there's no reason not to exercise.”

　Kwon Eun-bi said, “When doing ‘WATERBOMB,’ you shouldn't just drink water in the middle.” Lee Min-hyuk asked, “So, did you shoot an ad?” Kwon Eun-bi replied confidently, “Well, it's because it's me.”

　Lee Min-hyuk and Kwon Eun-bi mentioned that they were unsure about getting hit by water during “WATERBOMB.” Kwon Eun-bi explained, “I first participated in 2023, but it didn't feel right. I practiced at home in the bathtub, getting drenched in water. The stylist sprayed water from the shower, and I sang while getting hit by it.”
