An 80-year-old man working in the fields dies in the extreme heat... Cause of death unknown = South Korea

A man in his 80s collapsed and died while working in the fields in Gochang, Jeollabuk-do, South Korea. According to Gochang County on the 2nd, Mr. A (84), who was working in the fields at around 4:08 pm the previous day, collapsed and died.
A reported that a man had collapsed. He was taken to the hospital and received treatment, but eventually died. At the time, the daytime maximum temperature in Gochang had risen to 33.8 degrees, and a heat wave warning had been issued.
Given that Mr. A's body temperature was over 42 degrees, it was assumed that he had gone into cardiac arrest due to heat stroke, but the medical team deemed the cause of his death to be "unknown" and classified him as a general fatality.
