According to US music media outlet Billboard, JIMIN's 'Who' rose four places from last week to 87th on the Billboard 'Global 200' chart dated June 28th, and also rose four places to 48th on the 'Global (excluding the US)' chart.
'Who', which has previously topped both the Billboard 'Global 200' and 'Global (excluding the U.S.)' charts twice, has remained in the top 100 of these charts for 48 consecutive weeks. Since its release on July 19th, 2023, it has continued to be a long-term hit for over 11 months.
JIMIN has set a new record as the first and only Korean solo artist to have two songs (Like Crazy and Who) that have been ranked for over 48 weeks, following his first album ‘FACE’ title track 'Like Crazy', which was ranked for 61 weeks on the Billboard Global 200 chart. Both songs were achieved solely through his solo artist skills without collaboration with Western artists, making them particularly meaningful.
'Who', which re-entered the Billboard Japan Hot 100 chart at No.98 on June 25th and has now charted for a total of 35 weeks, became the first and only K-POP solo song to chart for 35 weeks on the same chart since BoA's 'Merry Christmas'. On the Billboard Philippines Hot 100, the song rose 30 spots from last week to No.60, further highlighting JIMIN's continued global appeal even after his military discharge.
