Kim Soo Hyun sued for 300 million yen in damages from advertisers

Actor Kim Soo Hyun, who was allegedly involved in an underage relationship with the late Kim Sae-ron, has been sued by an advertiser for damages, according to reports.

According to YTN on March 28, two companies A and B, which signed an advertising contract with Kim Soo Hyun, filed a lawsuit against Kim Soo Hyun and Goldmedalist at the end of this month for the return of model fees and compensation for damages. The value of the lawsuit reportedly reached approximately 3 billion won.

Company C is also considering canceling its advertising contract with Kim Soo Hyun for breach of trust and filing a lawsuit for refund of advertising model fees or penalty payments, according to the media. It is believed that the lawsuit may continue in relation to this case.

Meanwhile, the family of the late actor Kim Sae-ron claimed that he had a relationship with Kim Soo Hyun when the deceased was a minor, and the issue of Kim Soo Hyun's personal life came up.
