「SEVENTEEN」HOSHI、5億円以上の高級住宅を全額現金で購入
SEVENTEEN's HOSHI buys luxury home worth over 500 million yen all in cash... to Yoo Jae-suk and neighbors
Recently, the purchase of ultra-luxury homes by the 2030 generation, such as "The Hill in Hannam" and "Apgujeong Hyundai," has become a hot topic, and entertainer Yoo Jae-suk has purchased a penthouse.
It has also been revealed that the luxury residence "Brighton N40" in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which was purchased by the company, is also owned by many young wealthy people of the 2030s and 2040s generation.
The youngest buyer on record was 27-year-old HOSHI of the Korean boy band SEVENTEEN, who purchased the shares entirely in cash for about 5.1 billion won (about 586 million yen).
According to the Supreme Court registry details on the 27th (today), HOSHI bought a 149-square-meter home in Brighton N40 in April last year for 5,086 million won (approximately 586 million yen).
He bought the property for ¥100,000 and completed the registration at the end of July of the same year. He was born in 1996 and was the youngest furniture owner to have completed the construction of the Brighton N40 property as an owner.
It is believed that there is no separate mortgage and that the entire purchase was made in cash. Brighton N40 is a 199m2 peninsula that Yoo Jae-suk built in September last year.
It is known that the company acquired the 100-story building for 8.6657 billion won (approximately 866.6 million yen), and the market is paying close attention to the newly built (to be completed in June 2022) high-end apartment.
The apartment building next to the garden has 148 households and is home to Yoo Jae-suk, HOSHI, L from the Korean boy band INFINITE, actresses Oh Yeon Seo and Han Hyo Ju, talents, and more.
It is owned by Lee Hwi-jae and other celebrities. It has a triple security system, various community facilities, and offers first-class hotel-style residential services.
