故イ・ソンギュンさんの脅迫犯、控訴状に収められたてん末
The details contained in the appeal letter are shocking...The blackmailer of the late Lee Sun Kyun hid his identity and stole more than 30 million yen.
It has been revealed that former film actor A, who threatened the late actor Lee Sung Kyun and robbed him of money, committed the crime by thoroughly concealing their identity, including by using an illegal USIM card.

According to a prosecutor's appeal published by a Korean media outlet on 5th, former film actor A became friends with B, the head of the office of an entertainment facility, whom they met in 2017, and later threatened B, but when they could not take the money, they directly threatened the late Ms Lee Sung Kyun.

In this regard, A became aware not only of B's use of Methamphetamine, but also of the connections they had made with famous people while working at the entertainment facility. In September last year, when B's partner, another employee of the entertainment centre, tried to report them to the police on suspicion of drug use, they tried to stop them from saying anything by giving them 10 million won, but when A found out this fact, they decided that they too had to get money back from B.

In response, they posed as a hacker on a mobile phone opened in the company's name and sent text messages to B threatening him. In the process, A concealed their identity by using a mobile phone without an illegal USIM card and SIM card; B, thinking that the person who sent the message was not A but the real hacking criminal, demanded 300 million won from the late Ms Lee Sung Kyun, and in September last year In September last year, Mr Lee Sung Kyun handed over 300 million won in cash, which he had hastily prepared, to B.

However, B took the 300 million won in cash alone. Then, after unsuccessfully trying to receive 100 million won from B, A started threatening Ms Lee Sung Kyun directly, and it was found that they also used the USIM card in this process.

In January this year, prosecutors detained and charged A with a total of five offences, including extortion, aiding and abetting extortion, attempted extortion, violation of the Telecommunications Business Act and driving without a licence under the Road Traffic Act. The fact that he was forcibly detained after fleeing from Seoul to Busan (Busan) driving without a licence before his pre-detention hearing also became clear.

B was also tried on an additional charge of extortion, which was applied to the legal drug use offence and cannabis charge. Their first trial will be held at the Inchon (Incheon) District Court on the 14th this month.

Meanwhile, the late Lee Sung Kyun passed away on 27th December last year while under investigation by the police on suspicion of drug use.
