KT Milli's unique system of one-week vacation twice a year to energize employees = Korea

KT Milli's Study, a subsidiary of the major communications giant KT that provides the e-book service "Milli's Study," has implemented a "shutdown system" in which employees use up all their paid vacation days simultaneously in the last week of June and December every year.
