An episode between BTS' V and the director of the music video for "Love Wins All" has been released.
On the 6th, director Uhm Tae-hwa announced the release of IU's "Love," in which V appeared, at the 13th Muju Sanri Film Festival.
Immediately after the screening of the music video for "Wins All," he met with the audience at the "Uhm Tae Hwa Short Selection" Talking Cinema.
Editor-in-chief Joo Seong-cheol of the magazine asked, "V, Kim Tae Hyeong, will be discharged on June 10th. Did you contact him to congratulate him on the discharge?" Director Ohm replied, "I sent him an email.
Editor-in-chief Joo Seong-cheol said, "The music video has received a huge number of views, and we received many comments from people asking us to make a movie together. When we saw it on set, we could see that Tae Hyeong
Director Ohm responded, "I would be very grateful if Tae Hyeong could do it. If I could create a role and ask her to work with me, it would be great."
He also said, "I had a lot of fun working on set. We filmed it right before I was going to the army. As soon as I finished, I shaved my head and went the next day, but that's how much I wanted to work with him and how passionate I was about it.
"V is definitely interested in acting. It's not a joke, but I think it would be great if we could work together again in the future," he said, expressing his hopes for future collaborations.
In response to the question, "Is there a heartwarming story?", V shared an episode in which he actively participated in the filming of a music video. Director Ohm said, "The former members all sang a song at the end.
There was a scene where the two of them jumped into the audience. We didn't have much time, but as a director I was very particular about that scene. I think it was a scene where their emotions exploded more, and I
I was adamant about it until Tae Hyeong suggested that we film another scene more carefully instead, and I was persuaded."
Director Uhm said, "When Tae Hyeong removed the scene and spoke to the audience (the performers in the music video), everyone said, 'Wow!'
Regarding how V came to star in the music video, IU said, "I was talking with director Uhm Tae-hwa and he told me that the male lead role should have a boyish beauty but also a mature personality.
At that time, I was in a situation where I needed to be cool and have a reliable vibe. "But director, is there someone like that?" I sent V some music at that time,
V liked the music and willingly agreed to appear. (V) said, 'The music is really good! I'll do this.'"
V received positive reviews for his delicate portrayal of a character who feels pain and happiness in two contrasting extreme situations.
From this video, we can see V's passion for acting, his active participation in music videos, and his judgment and insight in offering alternative solutions in difficult situations.
