Animal cruelty, not only TV Series "The King of Tears, Lee Bang Won" ... KBS side, additional accusations = Korea
While the abuse affair emerged due to the death of a horse mobilized to direct the fall scene in the TV series "The King of Tears, Lee Bang Won" of KBS, a Korean broadcast, animal protection groups points out there were similar incidents in the past. KBS has been filed an additional complaint with the police.

On the 26th, the Korean Animal Conservation Union accused KBS President Kim Wi-chul of the Seoul Yongdungpo police station on suspicion of violating the Animal Protection Law. Prior to this, these groups applied the same charges against the production team of the TV series "The King of Tears Lee Banwon" and filed a complaint with the Yeongdeungpo police station on the 21st.

Prior to the accusation on this day, the group held a press conference and said, "KBS is customary not only in 'The King of Tears', but also in multiple TV series such as 'Bridal Mask', ' Jeong Do-jeon', and 'The King's Affection.' It also said "The fallen horse scene has been filmed." Following that "This is obvious animal cruelty." He continued, "I want the horses that appear in the previous TV series and movies to be released alive and dead."

Lee Won-bok, the representative of the Korean Animal Conservation Union, said, "The attitude toward animals (of the production team) was too insane. We only deal with props and goods, not life." I suspect that I received it and used it for animal cruelty after all."

After an interview with KBS on the afternoon of the same day, the group will inform a total of 10 requirements such as △ investigation of transparent incident history, △ investigation of animals used at the shooting site, △ preparation of "media animal appearance guidelines".
