Six of the top 10 countries with the highest IQ (Intelligence Quotient) in the world are in Asia. The average IQ of Koreans was the sixth highest in the world, but was found to fall short of the average IQs of the Japanese and Chinese.

According to the World Population Review on May 24th, the average IQ in the world was 82 as a result of the 2019 report "National Intelligence" published by the Ulster Institute in the UK.

The country with the highest average IQ is Japan, with a score of 106.48.

Taiwan (106.47) followed closely behind in second place and Singapore (105.89) in third.

In addition, Hong Kong (105.37) ranked 4th, China (104.10) ranked 5th, and South Korea (102.35) ranked 6th.

North Korea (98.82) was 22nd.
