Full text of MUSIC's position. Hello. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. We would like to inform you of the situation regarding our legal response to protect the infringement of BTS's rights.
We would like to state clearly that recent accusations of slandering and defaming BTS, such as hoarding marketing, concept theft, Danworld ties, and cult religion accusations, are not true.
We have determined that the spreading of false information about our artists and the creation of malicious rumors has reached a level that can no longer be tolerated, and have appointed a separate law firm to take strict action.
As a result, we have identified numerous postings that are defamatory and spread false information, and today (May 2nd) we have filed the first complaint with the investigative authorities.
We have included all posts that have been deleted and posts that have bombed accounts as targets of prosecution without exception. We will continue to monitor and collect evidence and plan to file additional charges.
Regarding malicious rumors that damage the reputation of artists, there will be a zero-tolerance policy and civil and criminal legal action will be taken to punish the perpetrators who have committed illegal acts.
We plan to take firm action to the end without any compromise or leniency. We sincerely apologize for causing concern to fans regarding this incident.
