The place is Galleria Foret in Seongsu-dong, where many celebrities are said to live, including BIGBANG's G-DRAGON and singer In Soon-i.
According to the real estate industry on the 25th, Kim Soo Hyun is looking to move into Galleria Foret, a luxury residential and commercial complex located in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul.
He bought another penthouse with a total floor area of 297 square meters (90 pyeong) in October 2013 for 4,020 million won (approximately 400 million yen).
In October 2014, it purchased the 231-square-meter (70 tsubo) property for 3.02 billion won (approximately 302 million yen).
This year, he bought a 297 square meter (90 pyeong) penthouse again for 8.8 billion won (about 880 million yen).
Hyun signed the purchase and sale contract in November last year, and in just two months he paid off the remaining balance and the ownership was transferred. In the process, he secured the apartment with a bond worth 4.84 billion won (approximately 400 million yen).
The company received a loan of 84 million won (approximately JPY 440 million), which is believed to have been used to combine the loan with 4.4 billion won (approximately JPY 440 million) in cash to provide the remaining amount.
When Galleria Foret was first sold in 2008, it became a hot topic due to its record price of 45.35 million won (approximately 4.53 million yen) per pyeong.
However, Kim Soo Hyun paid 4.02 billion won (approximately 402 million yen) when he bought the company in 2013, and 3.02 billion won (approximately 302 million yen) in 2014.
However, for the first time in 10 years, the market price of Galleria Foret has risen from 7.2 billion won (approximately 720 million yen) to 11 billion won (approximately 1.1 billion yen).
According to real estate industry sources, the price of Kim Soo Hyun's three apartments is estimated at 28 to 30 billion won based on current market prices.
It is estimated that the sales will reach approximately 2.8 to 3 billion yen.
