「FTISLAND」チェ・ミンファン、 母親を恋しがる息子に涙…「すでに顔色を伺っている」
”FTISLAND” Choi MIN HWAN, tears over son missing mother... ”I'm already watching his face”
FTISLAND's Choi Min Hwan expressed his regret when he saw his son longing for his mother YULHEE from LABOUM.
On the 2TV variety show "Star Dad's Struggles! Superman Returns," Choi/MIN HWAN was shown sharing his latest updates since his divorce.
On the broadcast that day, Choi Min Hwan said about his divorce, "After my divorce, no one else took care of me except for me.
Looking at my children, I feel that if I don't do it now, no one will be able to take my place, so I want to raise them without leaving any gaps, even when my mother is not there."
He continued, "No matter how hard I try, it's difficult to fill the void left by my mother.
"It seems like it's hard," he said, revealing the difficulties of raising a child. Choi Min Hwan came home with his eldest son, Jaeyul, who had just finished a taekwondo academy, and asked him, "Did he cry?"
Previously, Choi Min Hwan had heard from the Taekwondo school that his son had "cried because he missed his mother."
In response, Choi Min Hwan said, "My twin daughters are still young, so they don't have a clear concept of divorce, but Jaeyul
"Even though he's the son, he's a bit sensitive, so I watch his face a bit, worried that he might be causing trouble for his father," he said.
When Jaeyul got home, he went into his room and talked to his mother, YULHEE.
Jaeyul told YULHEE, "I dream about my mother, wake up, see her and say goodbye, and I cry."
YULHEE responded, "Mom also thinks about Jaeyul and he appears in her dreams."
Choi Min Hwan said, "When the children ask if they will no longer live with their mother and father, it really hurts my heart. It is not the children's decision, but the adults'.
"It was my decision that led to this, and it makes me cry sometimes when I see my children going through such hardship," he said, expressing his regret.
MIN HWAN said, "The children and their mother meet once every three weeks. On that day, I was at the front door seeing them off.
"My children have the wrong idea that because I'm going to be home alone, my mother can't come into the house anymore, but it's really painful for them to have to watch my face," she confided.
