Choi Si Won (SUPER JUNIOR) points out the live broadcast of SM Town Japan performance... ”Improvement is urgent”

Singer and actor Choi Si-won (SUPER JUNIOR) expressed his disappointment with the live broadcast camera of the SM Town Japan Tokyo Dome concert.

On the afternoon of the 23rd February, Choi Si-won expressed his disappointment on his X (formerly Twitter) account, saying, "Even if it is not the main stage, the camera footage is essential for the development and flow of the stage, so it is very important to take the performance camera and change the footage cut."

Choi Si-won performed in 'SMTOWN LIVE2024 SMCU PALACE @TOKYO' held at Tokyo Dome in Japan on 21st-22nd February. The performance was not only shown offline, but was also broadcast through live viewing at 80 theatres across Japan and on KNTV, while the final day's performance was simultaneously broadcast live online through Beyond LIVE and Weverse.

However, during the performance, fans continued to complain about unstable cameras, such as shots of the top of the artist's head, and the not-so-smooth transition between video cuts. Choi Si-won also felt the same inconvenience, and on 22nd, he wrote on her X: "SM Town performance. Camera. The video cut is in urgent need of improvement". The sentence has now been deleted, but many fans sympathised and talked about it, and the captured images have received enthusiastic responses in the online community.
