In the first trial, RAVI was sentenced to one year in prison, suspended for two years, and 120 hours of community service, and Nafla was sentenced to one year in prison.
In December last year, RAVI conspired with a military broker named Ku to create fake epilepsy patients.
He was put on trial on suspicion of evading the meaning of military service by doing something like this. RAVI, who was determined to be a grade 4 substitute, has been performing substitute service as a social service worker since October last year.
In the first trial, the prosecution asked RAVI to be sentenced to two years in prison, but the trial court at the time said, ``Kim Won-sik (RAVI) is a first-time offender with no prior punishment and has deeply regretted his mistake, so we decided to sentence him to guilty.
He was sentenced to one year in prison, suspended for two years, and 120 hours of community service.
Since February 2021, Nafla has been working as a social service worker at the Seocho District Office while colluding with representatives Kim and Koo.
