WayV's Xiaojun serves food to 240 fans at birthday party

Xiaojun, a Chinese member of the groups "NCT" and "WayV," attracted attention by personally serving food to fans ahead of his birthday.
On the afternoon of the 7th, Xiaojun invited 240 fans to a Chinese restaurant in Seoul and held a party titled "XIAOJUN BIRTHDAY -
This was held just one day before his birthday (August 8th).
Management office SM Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as SM Entertainment) announced last month that it will be launching a new service called "Weverse
" announced the event through the website, along with the message, "This event was organized by Xiaojun himself to express his gratitude to WayZenNi (the name of his fan club) for the constant love he has shown us.
According to SM Entertainment, the official fan club members who submitted the correct answers to the Xiaojun quiz will be chosen by lottery to select the fan who gets the most correct answers.
A total of 240 people were selected. The event took place over two hours, including mealtimes, and Xiaojun participated in several sessions outside of mealtimes, meeting briefly with fans.
They had a discussion. Initially, each table was supposed to order within a set amount, but Xiaojun apparently told the fans that they could order regardless of the amount.
In particular, footage of Xiaojun making the sauce himself, rolling out the noodles, and paying for the meal earned him a spot on Hot Topic.
Xiaojun said, "The reason why I wanted to do this event is because my fans always ask me, 'When are you going to do this?'
"I was like, 'Are you going to treat me to a meal?'" he said, explaining the reason for holding the event, "I wanted to treat him to a meal because he's been loved for so long."
Recently, a member of "WayV" was caught personally inviting the manager of the training camp to his concert, which became a hot topic. Xiaojun's affection for his fans was also revealed.
Xiaojun debuted in WayV in 2019 and currently travels between Korea and China for promotions.
He also joined NCT as a member through the 2020 NCT 2020 Project.
"WayV" will hold "2025 WayV" at the Olympic Hall in Seoul Olympic Park on February 2nd and 3rd.
Following the Seoul performance, the concerts were held in Shenzhen, Nanjing, Nagoya, Osaka, Yokohama, Fukuoka, Hangzhou, Shanghai, and Chengdu.
They will be holding their second concert tour in 14 Asian cities, including Taipei, Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Beijing.
