The movie "The Outlaws 4" is about a monster detective, Ma Dong Seok, who is trying to get rid of a villain, Baek Chang-gi, a mercenary from a special forces group that runs a large-scale online illegal gambling ring.
The film tells the story of a crime-fighting operation between Lee Dong Hwi (a genius IT CEO) and his friend, a businessman named Kim Jong Un (a genius IT CEO). It is scheduled to be released in Korea on April 24th.
