Berlin is a doomed city where a huge international conspiracy is hidden. Han Suk Kyu, a National Intelligence Service agent stationed there, said he was of unknown nationality and had no fingerprints.
He also learns of the existence of Pyo Jung Woo (Ha Jung Woo), a secret agent also known as ``Ghost'' who is undetected. Jin-soo follows him in an attempt to uncover his true identity, and discovers that there is a big international shadow hidden behind him.
When he learns of the plot, he finds himself in a crisis beyond his control. On the other hand, Ryu Seung Bom, who was sent to eliminate Pyo Jeong-seon and seize control of Berlin, is sent to take control of Berlin by his wife Yeon Jeong.
He falsely exposes Hee (Jeong Jihyo Ng) as a traitor and threatens everything about Pyo Jung-sun. Pyo Jung-sun tries to prove Jung-hee's innocence under Dong Myung-soo's threats.
