”What are you doing there?” - Thief hanging from the railing on the 16th floor (South Korea)

A thief was rescued by firefighters after a failed attempt to break into an apartment building and was found hanging from the railing of a balcony on the 16th floor.
On the 4th, JTBC's "Case Leader" featured an informant who lives in an apartment in Incheon.
An eyewitness account was introduced. Last year, Mr. A casually looked out the balcony from his home and witnessed a shocking scene. Something human-shaped was hanging from the railing on the 16th floor of the apartment building across the street.
Surprised, Mr. A filmed the scene, and the footage showed a man hanging dangerously from the handrail on the 16th floor of an apartment building.
Mr. A recalled, "At first I thought it was laundry hanging there, but when I looked more closely it was a person." Mr. A said, "What are you doing there? What are you doing on the handrail?"
"Are you doing that?" I asked, but there was no reply. As time passed, the man's body gradually began to fall downwards as if he was running out of strength.
So Mr. A immediately called the fire department, and the man was rescued by the firefighters who responded to the call.
The thief had tried to break into the top floor of the apartment building but failed. Mr. A said, "The man tried to break into the apartment building on the 16th floor from the roof, but the balcony was locked and he couldn't get in.
"The rooftop is usually locked, but it appears to have been open at the time," he said.
