On the 23rd, Rep. Na posted on his social networking site Facebook, "Chung Chung-rae, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, pursues civil unrest.
"Make a decision to break away from the incitement of lies," he said. While Rep. Na said, "The martial law on December 3rd was the wrong way to go," he added, "The Democratic Party will mark the first anniversary of the declaration of martial law on December 3rd.
"Even now, they are immersed in a festive atmosphere," he said. "Far from overcoming martial law, they are hell-bent on 'using martial law for political purposes' and pursuing civil unrest all year round, dragging the entire country into political retaliation and prosecuting the investigation.
"Aren't they ruthlessly forcing the dissolution of the police, seizing control of the courts, and even dismantling the state?" he countered, saying, "The Democratic Party has filed a collective complaint against 18 prosecutors who demanded an explanation for the circumstances surrounding the abandonment of the appeal, and has also filed a lawsuit against prosecutors in Daejang-dong, Sanpaul, and other areas.
He even demanded a special investigation into the prosecutors in charge of the presidential criminal trial.
"The Civil War Investigation Task Force (TF), which is investigating the involvement of 750,000 civil servants in the civil war, has 550 members in 25 ministries and 49 central administrative agencies.
"Those wearing armbands will take the lead and thoroughly investigate the mobile phones and computers of civil servants. They will even accept information and letters to the editor and encourage people to inform on each other.
"Following the dismantling of the prosecution, they are trying to dismantle the public service and fill it with pro-Democracy figures," Rep. Na said, "In addition, they are abolishing the Court Administrative Office and replacing it with the Judicial Administration Committee.
They are setting up a committee to send in pro-Democratic Party judges, introducing a court specializing in civil unrest, and are even trying to set up a special political prosecutor and then a special political judge (special judge)."
He continued, "They are pushing innocent public servants, conservatives, and people with politically different views into criminals, and even sending out guilty verdicts.
"Most of the 750,000 civil servants would agree that martial law was the wrong approach," said Rep. Na, adding, "Martial law is wrong, but year-round martial law is wrong.
"They will also agree that the Lee Jae-myung Democratic Party administration is very wrong in its use of the government for political purposes, its pursuit of civil unrest that has turned the entire country into a hellish place, and its political retaliation," he emphasized.
Finally, he said, "If you have been using martial law for political purposes and pursuing civil unrest all year, then stop now," and "If you, as the ruling party, have even the slightest sense of responsibility, then you should be the ones to call the shots and say, 'The government of martial law'
"You must first make the decision to break away from the pursuit of political control and civil unrest, and make the decision to prioritize the people's livelihood and national interests," he said.
