キム・スヒョン側、故キム・セロンと“数千枚の写真”は存在しない…“新資料”? 捏造の可能性
Kim Soo Hyun's side claims that ”thousands of photos” with the late Kim Sae Ron do not exist... ”New documents”? Possibility of fabrication
On 11th November, lawyer Ko Sang-rok, the legal representative of actor Kim Soo-hyun, clarified an additional position regarding the dating rumours involving the late Kim Sae-ron through the YouTube channel 'Attack of the High-Flying Lawyer'.

The lawyer categorically stated regarding the widely circulated claim that 'there are thousands of photos': 'They do not exist. Naturally, they cannot exist.' Furthermore, he strongly warned, "The sudden emergence of materials not confirmed in any records submitted to the police or courts over the past eight months strongly suggests the possibility of fabrication. Should fabricated materials be disseminated or additional private information leaked, this could constitute grounds for immediate arrest."

Regarding the photograph purportedly taken in late February 2020 showing Kim Soo-hyun and the late Kim Sae-ron, he cited the opposing counsel's statement that "I cannot comment on that photograph as it was already publicly released before I became the bereaved family's representative," pointing out that "this appears to acknowledge the photograph was taken in late February 2020." "The bereaved family seems to believe that a photograph taken when she was about to enter her second year of university was taken when she was in her first year of high school, but this is not a story that can be accepted by common sense," he stated.

Furthermore, regarding the point that the sender name for the KakaoTalk message allegedly sent in June 2016, "When will I be able to hold you and sleep?", is listed as "Unknown", he emphasised, "The only basis for claiming that was Kim Soo Hyun is the assertion of the deceased's younger brother. When asked for reasons, the lack of evidence is astonishing." He added, "Furthermore, Kim Soo Hyun never sent personal emails to the deceased during his military service. The claim that 'an aunt accessed the deceased's email and confirmed personal messages from his military service period' is untenable. If true, it would constitute unauthorised access to the deceased's email account – hacking itself. If that were the case, they could simply present the evidence now."

This controversy arose after the bereaved family of the late Kim Sae-Ron claimed she had been in a relationship with Kim Soo Hyun while she was a minor, bringing Kim Soo Hyun's private life into the spotlight. Kim Soo-hyun's side countered that the relationship began after she had reached adulthood. They have filed criminal charges and a damages claim of approximately 12 billion won against the bereaved family and the YouTube channel 'Karosero Research Institute'.
