Based on the webtoon of the same name, 'Taxi Driver 3' is a private revenge agency drama centred on the shadowy taxi company Mujige Transport and its driver Kim Do-gi, who carry out revenge on behalf of victims who died with unresolved grievances. The main cast, including Lee Jae-hoon, Kim Wi-seon, Pyo Ye-jin, Jang Hyuk-jin, and Bae Yu-ram, reunite for this season.
The 'Taxi Driver' series, built upon the original premise of a taxi driver avenging wronged victims, depicts thrilling action that speaks for the suffering of society's vulnerable alongside a sharp revenge narrative. Against this backdrop, the members of Mujige Transport – Kim Do-gi (played by Lee Je-hoon), CEO Jang (played by Kim Woo-sung), Go-eun (played by Pyo Ye-jin), and Park Ju-im (played by Bae Yura) provided varied entertainment through their character performances and relationships. Simultaneously, it shed light on various crimes anew, conveying a social message that transcends time.
The production team of 'Taxi Driver 3' released a teaser poster on the 13th. Featuring the Mujige Transport logo, returning after two years, alongside the single phrase "Commencing the third journey", the poster delivers a powerful impact. Alongside this, the silhouette of Doki's newly upgraded beloved vehicle, the '5283' car, is also revealed, heightening anticipation for 'Model Taxi 3' as it returns with overwhelming scale and intense narrative.
SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Taxi Driver 3', selected in 2025 for production support by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Communications Agency (KCA), is scheduled for its first broadcast on Friday, 21st November. Furthermore, 'Taxi Driver 3' will be available to view across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa via Viu, Asia's largest pan-regional OTT platform.
