KBS will broadcast the MUSIC BANK in Lisbon concert on 10 October at 4:10 PM. The MUSIC BANK WORLD TOUR, which began in 2011, is a mega K-POP festival that directly visits fans worldwide. This Lisbon concert marks the 20th installment, following last year's MUSIC BANK in Madrid.
MUSIC BANK in Lisbon took place on 27th September (local time) at the MEO Arena in Lisbon, Portugal, thrilling approximately 20,000 global fans gathered from around the world.
Notably, this stage featured an all-star line-up of K-POP's top-tier artists, including Taemin (SHINee), ATEEZ, IVE, RIIZE, ZEROBASEONE, and izna, delivering spectacular performances that overwhelmed the 20,000-strong audience.
Actor Park Bo-gum, who hosted 'MUSIC BANK' from 2015 to 2016, served as MC. Park Bo-gum has participated as MC in the world tour since 'MUSIC BANK in Singapore' in 2017, appearing in events held in Jakarta, Chile, Berlin, Hong Kong, Paris, Mexico, Belgium, Madrid, and other countries.
The day's performance centred on the theme "The Age of K-POP Exploration", incorporating K-POP's journey uniting the entire world. Against the backdrop of Lisbon's romance and passion, six artists delivered diverse stages. Notably, special stages exclusive to MUSIC BANK in Lisbon were scheduled for their first unveiling.
First, "izna" premiered their new song ‘Mamma Mia’ at this performance, eliciting an explosive reaction. Furthermore, ATEEZ's Seonghwa, Wooyoung, and Yeosang delivered their own interpretation of BLACKPINK's LISA's ‘Money’. For the stage of Taemin's signature song ‘Move’, ZEROBASEONE's Han Yujin joined them, presenting a fresh performance.
The stages by IVE and RIIZE united fans worldwide, and combined with the huge cheers and passion of the Lisbon fans, they brilliantly coloured the night of MUSIC BANK in Lisbon.
MUSIC BANK in Lisbon, which united the hearts of global fans, will be broadcast in Korea on the 10th October at 4:10 PM.
