Kim Soohyeon said that her YouTube channel "Carocero Institute" had been in a relationship with the late actor Kim Sae Ron since she was a minor.
Kim Soo-hyeon immediately denied the allegations through her management office's Gold Medalist, but the Carocello Institute is evidence that supports the allegations.
In response, Kim Soohyeon's side has begun legal action. The Seoul Central District Court has issued a legal complaint against the Carocero Institute.
The court issued a "provisional measure" ordering the stalking of Mu Soohyeon to cease, but Carocello Institute was dissatisfied with this and appealed, but it was dismissed.
Next, lawyer Bu Ji-seok (Law Firm BUYOU), who is the legal representative of the bereaved family, and YouTuber "Carocero Research Institute"
He held a press conference and released a recording of a conversation he had with an acquaintance in January, in which he said that he had been dating Kim Soo-hyeon since he was a minor.
However, Kim Soohyeon's side claims that the recording was fabricated using artificial intelligence (AI).
The management office of Gold Medalist also filed charges against Carocello Laboratory for violation of the Stalking Punishment Act and defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act.
The recording has been submitted to the National Forensic Service for examination, but the results are yet to be announced.
After that, Go San Rok Law, which handled Kim Soo Hyeon's criminal case,
Pil, a lawyer at the firm, said, "I was recently appointed as Kim Soo-hyeon's representative and received all the documents," adding, "I read the diary that Kim Soo-hyeon wrote during her time in the military, and found that it was a minor matter.
"I started writing about my daily life and then recorded it for my lover. I brought this diary-style letter with me every time I went on vacation and showed it to my lover, and it's a record of our interactions," he said.
"Looking at the letters Kim Soo-hyeon wrote to her boyfriend at the time, there are parts that are similar to the contents she sent to the late Kim Sae-ron," said Attorney Ko.
He explained, "For my lover, I included simple messages like 'I love you,' and for the late Kim Sae Ron, I included my thoughts on the day, the weather, life in the military, and things like that."
Attorney Ko said, "These records were placed next to postcards sent two years later when they were actually dating, and were distorted to look like letters from when they were dating."
"There was no relationship whatsoever," he emphasized. Regarding the letters he wrote to his then-girlfriend, he explained, "Other than the fact that we had to keep our dates a secret, they were just ordinary conversations between lovers."
