Immediately after its release, "JUMP" reached 28th place on the Billboard Hot 100, marking the 10th time the group has charted, and the most new songs by a female K-pop artist.
Continuing to show their continued strength, the album has surpassed their previous record of eight weeks on the charts with "Ice Cream," setting a new record for the team's longest time on the charts.
Regarding this, the American economic newspaper Forbes said, "BLACKPINK is already one of the most successful K-POP artists in American history, and every time they release a new song,
"The song is writing history and breaking down barriers," he said. Not only that, the song has also held the top spot on the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global (excluding the US) for 10 weeks.
BLACKPINK has also made a mark on various global charts other than Billboard. "JUMP" is the official single of the UK, which is known as the second biggest chart in the world.
The group charted at 18th place, their highest ranking yet, and remained on the Spotify Global Weekly Chart for 9 consecutive weeks.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK will be performing in 16 cities and 33 shows starting with the Goyang Sports Complex performance, the best performance by a K-pop girl group, in July.
After completing their North American and European tours, the girls will be performing in Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Jakarta, Bulacan, Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and more starting in October.
