Vietnam leadership tells Kim Jong-un, ”We hope for friendly relations and substantial development with North Korea”

North Korea's state-run Korean Central News Agency reported on the 27th that "Vietnam's Communist Party General Secretary To Lam and President Luong Cuong responded to a congratulatory telegram from General Secretary Kim commemorating the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day."

North Korea and Vietnam established diplomatic relations on January 31, 1950, and this year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
