US probes cryptocurrency investment firm for insider trading allegations, likely to expand investigation

US regulators are investigating whether there is insider trading at companies that have adopted crypto-asset investment strategies. According to reports, the SEC and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) recently
The authorities have raised suspicions regarding stock trading at companies that have implemented financial strategies (DAT). The authorities have sent letters to some of the more than 200 companies involved, stating that stock trading volume had increased sharply just before the DAT companies announced their investment strategies.
Some have pointed out that the authorities may expand their investigation into the accounting and disclosure practices of virtual asset investment companies.
