A man in his 60s killed his wife after a marital dispute and jumped off a bridge in South Korea

A man in his 60s who killed his wife during a marital quarrel and then jumped off a bridge has been arrested. On the 21st, Wonju Police Station in Gangwon, South Korea, issued an arrest warrant for Mr. A on suspicion of murder.
Mr. A is suspected of murdering his wife, Ms. B, at around 4 a.m. on the 19th of this month in an apartment in Dangu-dong, Wonju, Gangwon Province.
Suspect A turned himself in to the police around 3 p.m. that day, saying, "I have killed my wife and I am going to jump off a bridge in Munmak-eup."
Police responded to the bridge mentioned by suspect A and made an emergency arrest. At the same time, they discovered the body of his wife at his home. Suspect A reportedly told police that he had "had an argument with his wife and strangled her to death."
He also jumped from a 10m-high bridge and is currently receiving treatment at a hospital for injuries including broken bones. A police official explained, "We are currently investigating the specific motive for the crime and the circumstances surrounding the incident."
