Go Chang-seok made his first appearance in the drama as Jang Chun-seon in the seventh episode, which aired on the 13th.

'The Tyrant's Chef' is a survival fantasy romantic comedy drama about a chef who time-travels back to the past at the worst possible moment and must survive after meeting the king, who is the worst tyrant and possesses absolute taste.

Go Chang-seok took on the role of Jang Chun-seon, a descendant of the Grand Guard Jang Yeong-sil and the greatest technician of his time.
