”Let's buy a house and move” - July residential migration ”increases” for the first time in four years = South Korea

Amid a recent increase in housing transactions in South Korea, the number of people who moved in July reached a four-year high, according to the Korea National Statistical Office, which announced the figures on the 27th.
According to the "July Domestic Population Movement Statistics," the number of people moving in July was 553,000, an increase of 41,000 (8.1%) from a year ago.
As of July, this was the largest increase in four years since 2021, when the number reached 563,000. The Korea National Statistical Office said, "Recently, the number of housing transactions has increased, and more people have moved.
The analysis also found that the number of apartment completions and home sales in May and June increased by 7.2 percentage points and 20 percentage points, respectively, compared to the same period last year.
