”NewJeans” and ”Ditto” surpass 800 million streams on Spotify... their second album overall

NewJeans' mega-hit song "Ditto" has surpassed 800 million streams on Spotify.
According to Spotify on the 24th, the record song "Ditto" of NewJeans' single "OMG" has reached 100,000 views as of the 22nd.
The total number of streams reached 800 million, making it the 18th highest number of streams. This marks the second song from "New Jeans" to reach 800 million, following the album and title track "OMG."
"Ditto," released in preview on December 19, 2022, is a reimagining of the Baltimore club dance music genre in NewJeans' own style.
The song is characterized by the fantastic humming, soft sound, and warm vocals of the members. "New Jeans" was the song that made it to the top of the US Billboard charts just six months after their debut.
The song was ranked on the Hot 100 chart and the UK's official Top 100 Singles chart.
The album set a new record by staying at No. 1 on the charts for 99 days and 14 weeks in a row, respectively, and was ranked No. 1 on the Melon General Annual Chart in 2023. Even now, two years and eight months after its release, it is still ranked at No. 1 on major music charts.
In May of this year, the song was awarded the "Best K-Pop Song in Japan" at the Japanese music awards ceremony "MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2025."
