North Korea's Kim Yo-jong: ”South Korea cannot be a diplomatic partner”... ”President Lee's plan is a delusion”

On the 20th, the South Korean presidential office responded to North Korea's recent critical messages by saying, "The Lee Jae-myung administration's preemptive measures for peace on the Korean Peninsula are not based on one side's interests or anyone's interests.
Meanwhile, Kim Yo-jong, vice director of the Workers' Party of North Korea, said of President Lee's removal of the anti-North Korean loudspeakers, "It is not a selfish action, but is for the stability and prosperity of both North and South Korea."
"It is regrettable that North Korean officials are misrepresenting our sincere efforts," the South Korean presidential office said, adding, "The government will not stand up to hostility and confrontation."
"We will transcend the era of the past and open up a new era of peaceful coexistence and shared growth on the Korean Peninsula," he said. This comes as President Lee and US President Donald Trump are set to meet face-to-face, and he expressed his intention to "resume inter-Korean dialogue."
Kim emphasized his "will" and refrained from making direct references to North Korea, preserving his "strategic discretion." Meanwhile, Kim also mentioned President Lee's Korean Peninsula Peace Initiative on the same day.
According to North Korea's state-run Korean Central News Agency, President Lee said about inter-Korean relations, "If small actions are accumulated like treaties, mutual trust will be restored."
Regarding this, Vice Minister Kim sarcastically stated, "Every word of that plan is a delusion, a ridiculous dream." He continued, revealing his hostile stance, saying, "South Korea cannot be our diplomatic partner."
He added, "Whether conservative or democratic, South Korea's ambitions to confront our Republic have been passed down unchanged," and "Lee Jae-myung is determined to change the course of history."
He is not a great man," he said, expressing his disappointment in President Lee.
