BTS' JUNG KOOK's "GOLDEN" has become the number one best-selling album among solo artists on the HANTEO chart, demonstrating his overwhelming presence.
Recently, "KOREAN SALES" announced through its official account on social media X (formerly Twitter) that it had been ranked #1 on the Korean album sales tally site "HANTEO Chart."
The Top 100 Best Seller Albums list (collection period: 2003 to August 10, 2025) has been released.
KOOK's first solo album "GOLDEN," released in November 2023, is ranked #1 on the HANTEO chart.
It ranked 15th on the best-selling album charts of the year, making it the highest ranking among solo artists. While many group albums dominate the top rankings, it is the only solo artist album to make it into the top 20.
"GOLDEN" surpassed 2 million copies sold within five hours of its release, according to the Hanteo chart calculation standards, achieving a "double million seller."
