China's smartphone production reaches 563 million units - Chinese report

Among major products, production volume of microcomputer devices increased 5.6% to 166 million units, and integrated circuits increased 8.7% to 239.5 billion units.
The cumulative export value of electronic information equipment manufacturers of large or larger scale increased by 3.6% year-on-year, and operating income increased by 9.4% year-on-year to 8.4 trillion yen (approximately 164.7 trillion yen).
Total profits increased 3.5% to 302.4 billion yen (approximately 6.2 trillion yen).
