Singer-songwriter HO JUN has launched his full-fledged music career with the release of his first EP album, "FLOATING ON HJ SPACE."
The album, which was released on major music streaming platforms on the 25th of last month, consists of four self-composed songs.
The story is characterized by its depiction of the flow of emotions and the journey of self-discovery. The emotional curve, which continues from idealism and devotion to collapse and confusion, to understanding and acceptance of others, ultimately leads to the conclusion of "true freedom."
Through this album, HO JUN asks fundamental questions such as "Why do we have emotions? How do we move forward again after being hurt?" and tries to answer these questions through music.
They explore a wide range of genres, including R&B, rock, and synth pop, while simultaneously expressing sound experimentation and emotional depth.
The composition gives an immersive feeling, as if listening to an epic poem. HO JUN said, "This album is a journey to understand my own universe, and in the process, I search for freedom.
"I believe that everyone has their own unique 'emotional universe,' and I would be happy if I could help people accept that universe," he said.
