IVE's soccer match outfits spark mixed reactions from internet users

There has been a lot of online discussion about the costumes worn by the girl group IVE.

On the 30th of last month, IVE performed the kick-off ceremony and halftime show at the 2025 Coupang Play Series K League All-Star Game and Newcastle United FC match held at the Suwon World Cup Stadium.

What caught everyone's attention was IVE's outfit. The members wore sky-blue uniforms, each transformed into off-the-shoulder and tube tops that revealed their shoulders and stomachs, as well as tight dresses. They paired these with short pants, creating a styling that highlighted each member's individuality while giving a cool, breezy feel.

However, after IVE's performance, there was a mix of opinions online. Some pointed out that the slightly revealing outfits were inappropriate for the occasion. Especially in the case of Jang Won-young, some said the tight-fitting design made it look inconvenient to kick the ball. Others countered that it was just a standard stage outfit and not a big deal.

After the event, Lay shared behind-the-scenes details on a fan communication platform, saying, “Our uniforms are really cute, aren't they?
