President Lee advises officials to ”adjust to the public's perspective” = South Korea

South Korean President Lee Jae-myung instructed at a workshop for senior officials to "move away from thinking based on administrative convenience and to keep the public's perspective in mind throughout the policy-making process."
On the 31st, President Lee announced through his social media account that he had attended a workshop for high-ranking officials. The workshop included ministers, vice ministers, and bureau chiefs of central government ministries and agencies.
A total of 280 people participated, including civil servants and those at the presidential secretariat and above, and President Lee took the stage as a special lecturer. The president said, "The power and budget given to us are not personal property.
"It has been entrusted to us by the people, and all the powers we hold must be used to realize the interests and happiness of the people," he emphasized.

President Lee also expressed his gratitude to the public servants who have worked hard for the past two months since the inauguration of the Lee Jae Myung administration.
