This is because NewJeans' independent activities have been stagnant. On the 21st, the day before the third anniversary of their debut, ADOR posted on NewJeans' official account
A few public photos were released. Although "NewJeans" is not using an official account due to a dispute with ADOR, they have arranged unreleased content for fans who are waiting for ADOR.

In response, ADOR argued that its exclusive contract with NewJeans was valid, and filed a lawsuit to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract along with a provisional injunction.
Despite ADOR's claims, NewJeans continued its independent activities, but was forced to suspend activities after the court accepted the request for a provisional injunction prohibiting the preservation of the agency's status and the conclusion of advertising contracts.
NewJeans appealed once, but the court dismissed the appeal. ADOR asked NewJeans to return, but
"wJeans" ceased its independent activities and never returned to ADOR.
