The group ENHYPEN is heating up Japan and attracting attention with their 6th mini album "DESIRE: UNLEASH."
On the 10th, the Recording Industry Association of Japan reported that ENHYPEN's "DESIRE:
As of June, "UNLEASH" was certified as a gold disc or platinum disc with cumulative shipments exceeding 250,000 copies. The Recording Industry Association of Japan awards "Gold" (100% of sales) based on the cumulative monthly record shipments.
The certification is divided into categories such as "100,000 copies," "Platinum" (250,000 copies), and "Double Platinum" (500,000 copies). This marks ENHYPEN's 14th Gold Disc certification.

Following the platinum certification of "-daydream-", three consecutive albums including this 6th mini album have been certified, proving their immense popularity in the local market.
"DESIRE: UNLEASH" topped Japan's major album charts upon its release. The album also topped Oricon's "Daily Album Ranking" and "Weekly Album Ranking".
The rankings are in six categories, including the "Billboard Album Ranking," "Weekly Combined Album Ranking," and Billboard Japan's "Hot Album," "Top Album Sales," and "Download Album."
In particular, this album ranked in the top 10 in the "Combined Album Ranking" and "Album Ranking" of the Oricon "First Half Ranking 2025" in just three days.
The album has the second highest initial sales (sales volume) of any K-pop album released this year.
The album sales in the first week after the release were 2.14 million copies, and it also topped the weekly album charts of Hanteo Chart and Circle Chart. It also topped the main album charts of the US Billboard.
The single was ranked third on the Billboard 200 (as of June 21st) and has remained at the ranking for four consecutive weeks.
Following their 6th mini album, ENHYPEN has been busy this summer.
They are expected to hit the Japanese mainland hard. They will release their fourth Japanese single "Yoi" on the 29th of this month. The title track "Shine On" was released previewed on the 4th of this month.
"Me" is loved as the ending theme song for the Japanese TV series "Ebi Datte Tai ga Tsuritai."
"ENHYPEN" will perform at Ajinomoto Stadium in Tokyo on the 5th and 6th, followed by Yanmar Stadium Nagai in Osaka on August 2nd and 3rd.
