”The car stopped”... It was ”99% water” not gasoline = Korea

It has been revealed that the gasoline sold at a gas station in Gunsan, North Jeolla Province, South Korea, was actually water.
On the 2nd of this month, Gunsan City and Gunsan Police Station reported that the Korea Petroleum Management Institute analyzed samples taken at the time of the accident last month and found that the oil was "99% water."
The test results are in. It is believed that the oil pipes buried underground at the gas station developed holes due to aging, allowing rainwater and other substances to leak into the pipes.
Thirteen vehicles that had refueled at this gas station suffered damage such as their engines stalling while driving.
Gunsan city determined that there was no intentional manufacturing of counterfeit oil and issued a warning to the gas station operator.
Police are currently investigating further how water got into the gasoline. A Gunsan city official said, "Administrative punishment has been completed, and compensation for damage to the vehicle will be paid by the gas company.
"The stadium will be doing this voluntarily."
